I also rode from Lemon Grove, but unlike Scott, this was my first attempt. The ride into work took one hour, 5 minutes and was pleasant in the cool morning air. The ride back home was not so pleasant. The climb back up to Lemon Grove's elevation in 85 degree heat made the ride quite challenging, although it only took 10 minutes longer. I arrived home fully spent, but I made it! I am planning on doing this more often!
Gary C.grampa garyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12328339069699713034noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9031435058744813462.post-87071096230372767012008-05-16T16:01:00.000-07:002008-05-16T16:01:00.000-07:00Environmental Affairs'road warriors for today's Bi...Environmental Affairs'road warriors for today's Bike to Work event included: Marion, Liz, Richard & Paul.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9031435058744813462.post-90833357390986105292008-05-16T15:48:00.000-07:002008-05-16T15:48:00.000-07:00The black bike at the west end of the WW is mine a...The black bike at the west end of the WW is mine and it is in the same spot it sits 3-4 days per week. Today's ride was great as most are. It takes me roughly one hour each way from Lemon grove to SDIA....Looking forward to a HOT return trip!

ScottScotthttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01816572584366259734noreply@blogger.com
